FORMWORK PLYWOOD: PP PLASTIC PLYWOOD

FORMWORK PLYWOOD: PP PLASTIC PLYWOOD

Sharp Ply Superior PP PLASTIC PLYWOOD

Polypropylene (PP), also known as polypropene, is a thermo- plastic polymer used in wide variety of applications. An addition polymer made from the monomer propylene. It is rugged and unusually resistant to many chemical solvents, bases and acids. Resistant to scratch, no chlorine.

  1. Excellent combination of plastic and plywood in performance to achieve outstanding products.
  2. Hundred times reusable in formwork system.
  3. Quick dismantling without release agent, mirror concrete finish without re-work.
  4. Easy cleaning by normal water, no oil treatment for maintenance.
  5. Customized sizes-1220x2440mm, 915x1830mm, 1250x2500, 1220x2745mm and 720x500mm.etc.

Application : For concrete forming of walls, slabs, beams & columns.
Installation : As easy as film faced plywood.
Dismantling : Handle carefully without violent damage and scratch to ensure more usage in good condition.
Cleaning : By normal water.
Maintenance & Storage: Easy treatment, place the panel flat, away from direct sunlight and water.
